Esther George is the CEO of Zyber Global Centre, an independent consultancy specialising in cybercrime, cybersecurity, digital evidence, leadership, and business strategy. She leads a team of world-class experts who bring practical experience and global insight directly to your organisation.
Esther has a proven track record in both public and private sectors. She develops advanced courses, delivers keynote speeches, and trains professionals worldwide, both in person and online.
On 22 May 2023, she was appointed Strategic Advisor to the Global Cyber Alliance (GCA), an international initiative dedicated to reducing cyber risk. Until May 2023, Esther served as Lead Cybercrime Consultant for the Global Prosecutors E-Crime Network (GPEN), which she designed and launched to help prosecutors enhance international cooperation. Her exceptional contributions earned her the Certificate of Merit from the International Association of Prosecutors in 2010.
She previously managed the CPS High-Tech Crime Project, creating the National High-Tech Crime Training Programme for Prosecutors, which trained over 200 cybercrime specialists.
Esther regularly trains judges, prosecutors, and law enforcement officers around the world, and has worked with organisations such as the Council of Europe, Commonwealth Secretariat, and the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime.
She previously served as a Senior Policy Advisor and Senior Prosecutor at the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) HQ in London, specialising in internet and computer-enabled crime, digital evidence, intellectual property crime, and data protection. Esther has advised prosecutors, police, and government agencies at all levels.
Esther is an internationally recognised trainer and speaker, with experience spanning more than 30 countries, including the UK, Australia, Bahrain, Canada, China, Indonesia, Turkey, France, Singapore, Nigeria, Portugal, South Korea, and the UAE. Her work combines strategic insight, technical knowledge, and practical experience to help organisations tackle complex cyber challenges effectively.
